As an aid for the Judge's Department, the NCHA Rule Book requires that all approved, non-challenger NCHA events be recorded. Show Management is required to use an NCHA certified videographer.
Beginning with the 2024 point year, all members who wish to be a certified videographer are required to pay a $150 certification fee. Once fully certified, that fee covers 2 yeas of videographer certification.
All videographers that have not yet completed the new certification process have been deactivated.

All previously certified videographers that did not recertify prior to December 31, 2023 have been removed from the certified list and should not be selected by show management to video NCHA approved shows.
Existing Videographers who were removed from the list on January 1, 2024 and now choose to recertify in 2024 will have their new certification expiration date determined by their activity in 2023:
