Youth
In honor and memory of Zane Schulte, the son of Thomas and Barbra Schulte, the creation of the Zane Schulte Award was established. The award is awarded annually to a professional trainer who exemplifies the character by which Zane himself is remembered: integrity, service, values, respect of their peers, contribution to the industry, and excellence in the arena. Each year's recipient is presented with the special Zane Schulte bronze trophy during the NCHA Futurity.
