FORT WORTH – The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) welcomes Katie Udell, Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator, to the Marketing Team. Originally from Minnesota, Udell is a great addition to the team, bringing with her a background in budget and statistics, event planning, as well as marketing and business promotion strategies.
Previously, Udell interned for the NCHA allowing her to hit the ground running as a new hire. “It was an amazing experience working as an intern and I’m excited to take on an official role with the National Cutting Horse Association, I couldn’t think of a better place to work,” said Udell. Udell also held positions at the National Western Stock Show, OutWest Arena, and Flair Equine Nasal Strips. A recent graduate from the University of St. Thomas, she majored in Marketing Management with a minor in Digital Media Arts.
With a history in reined cow horse, Udell is passionate about the equine industry and the momentum it is creating. As Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator, Udell will assist in Futurity ticket sales, marketing tactics, and promotion of NCHA events.
