FORT WORTH – The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) is pleased to share that the Texas Quarter Horse Association (TQHA) $100,000 Incentive will return to the 2023 NCHA NRR Cat King Cole Super Stakes presented by Beechfork Ranch scheduled for March 22 through April 16, 2023, at Will Rogers Memorial Complex in Fort Worth, Texas.
“We are excited to once again support the NCHA Super Stakes Classic! These events have become very important to the Texas Quarter Horse industry, and we are proud to be a part of them,” said Rob Werstler, TQHA executive director. “The National Cutting Horse Association is one of the most prestigious equine associations in the world, and we are honored to partner with them to support events such as these.”
The TQHA Incentive will continue to benefit the Super Stakes Classic held for 5/6-year-old horses. To be eligible, the horse must be registered with the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA), foaled in Texas, and have Texas denoted on in the State/Country field on their AQHA registration papers. Additionally, both the owner and rider must be current TQHA members by 5:00 PM CST the day prior to the division finals.
The $100,000 Incentive will be allocated to the top three highest placing eligible horses in their respective divisions as follows:
