NCHA Non-Pro Horse of the Year Sells

Wagonhound Land and Cattle recently purchased 2021 NCHA Non-Pro Horse of the Year, Fiddle and Steel, from owners Russ and Janet Westfall.

The 4-year-old stallion by Metallic Cat and out of Lil Bit Reckless earned over $170,000 in NCHA earnings and claimed the NCHA Non-Pro Futurity and NCHA Non-Pro Super Stakes titles along with the Breeders Invitational Non-Pro Derby title. Shown by Brandon Westfall the stallion secured his title of 2021 NCHA Non-Pro Horse of the Year. 

"We want to congratulate Wagonhound and wish them the best of luck," Janet Westfall said on behalf of the Westfall family. "We look forward to seeing what the future brings for this fine young stallion."

 


Brandon Westfall rode Fiddle and Steel to a 227 to win the 2020 NCHA Non-Pro Futurity.
