FORT WORTH – The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) is proud to announce the addition of T/K Cutting Horses as a class sponsor of the Limited Open at the 2021 NCHA Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity.
T/K Cutting Horses has become a household name in the sport of cutting since its establishment in 2011 under professional trainer Tatum Rice and his wife, Kylie Knight Rice. Located in Weatherford, Texas, the Rice and Knight family operation has a long history of success in the Will Rogers Coliseum and looks to expand on that legacy through this new sponsorship of the T/K Cutting Horses Limited Open division.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to support the NCHA and give back to something that has given us so much,” said Kevin and Sydney Knight on behalf of T/K Cutting Horses. “We are grateful that we can support the Limited Open class. These trainers work hard to get their horses trained and make the trip to the Futurity at Will Rogers, and we know they will appreciate the additional support.”
The T/K Cutting Horses Limited Open will see the addition of $50,000 in added money at the upcoming 2021 NCHA Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity.
“This new partnership with T/K Cutting Horses is really exciting,” said Jay Winborn, NCHA executive director. “The cutting industry is seeing tremendous growth, and we are thankful for the support of the Knight and Rice families giving our up-and-coming trainers additional opportunities in the show pen here in Fort Worth.”
