NCHA's Change of Ownership Policy
NCHA POLICY
Change of Ownership
Original horse papers, completed transfer report and payment to breed association for horses sold during NCHA produced events must be submitted to the NCHA Show office at Will Rogers Coliseum before class starts. This must happen before NCHA changes horse ownership for horses entered.
