Resolution
The Manion vs. NCHA case settled Wednesday evening, October11, 2017, with the following terms:
1. Suspension of NCHA membership for six months beginning August 9, 2017
2. NCHA Membership Probation for one year thereafter
3. Fine payable to NCHA to $10,000.00
4. Letter to the NCHA membership (attached)
The NCHA is pleased with the settlement and remains committed to its Zero Tolerance policy.
