NYCHA Leadership

• NYCHA Board of Directors

  A Youth Board of Directors elected by the membership shall constitute the governing body of the NYCHA.  The business and affairs of NYCHA shall be managed and controlled by the Youth Board for the accomplishment of the purposes of NYCHA.

• NYCHA Officers

  All officers of the NYCHA shall consist of: President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Reporter. All officer candidates must be members of the Youth Board of Directors and must submit an officer candidate application no later than June 1 of each year. 

   

• NCHA Youth Committee
  • Recommends the rules governing NCHA approved Youth contests.
  • Recommends the rules and format for conducting the NCHA Youth Scholarship Cuttings.
  • Serves as the Advisory Committee to the National Youth Cutting Horse Association and its Board of Directors.
  • Plans and recommends fund raising projects for the Youth Association’s fiscal year budget.
