RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Membership Dues:

There are no refunds for membership dues. All memberships expire December 31st.
Event Payments:

No refunds will be issued without Executive Director's approval.
Merchandise:
Complete customer
satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order
when it arrives, please contact our customer service department.
- No returns will be accepted on
"Custom" or "Special" order items.
- A 15% restocking charge on returned
merchandise will be incurred unless product was exchanged for products of
equal or greater value. Products that have a malfunction will be
evaluated, if the product shows signs of malfunction the 15% restocking
charge will not be applied and shipping will be credited.
- U.S. and Canada returns and exchanges must
be done with in 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original
receipt included.
- International returns or exchanges must
be done within 90 days of purchase with a copy of the original receipt included.
- We are not able to process exchanges online,
please ship returns to the address above with exchange information
included.
- Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must
be prepaid.
- Shipping credit will not be issued on returns or
exchanges.
- When making returns please insure the package for
its full value. If merchandise is received in damaged condition
returned to us not insured, it will be refused/and or returned without
credit being issued. CODS are not accepted.
- Any returns without an invoice will be refused.
All products must be in the original shipping container, in new and unused
condition, with all labels, instructions, your original invoice, etc.
Please follow these steps when returning merchandise:
- Include a note explaining
how you want us to handle the return. For instance, do you want to exchange the
item, issue you a refund, or does the product have a
malfunction? Credit for shipping will not be issued on returns or
exchanges.
- Let us know why you are returning the item. For
example: wrong size or color, wrong item or damaged in transit. For items
damaged in shipment, please contact us before returning the item(s). Be
certain to save all packaging materials to help us expedite the shipping claim. Credit
for shipping will not be issued on returns or exchanges.
- Specify the name and address to which we should send your
refund or exchange.
- Please give us a daytime telephone, fax number or e-mail
address in case we have questions regarding your order.
- Ship your return to us at the
address listed above.
If you received
your order and it is incorrect. Please contact our Customer Service
Department for details on returning merchandise.
